# Apple iTunes wins in court over Apple Corps

The British High Court ruled in iTunes’s favor in a lawsuit over Apple Computer’s alleged violation of the companies’ 1991 agreement:

I’d like to find the actual text of the judge’s decision, but no luck yet. Anyone else find a link?

Nothing to say on the ruling itself, but I just found it amusing that the judge who heard the case and issued the ruling is named Justice Mann.

I particularly liked this line from the decision:
