It is wrong, but I don’t find it nearly as jarring as the rest of you. The agreement in number makes it clear what the phrase is modifying, and my brain naturally knows to whom it refers. It took me a few seconds to figure out what the problem was. I didn’t even notice it at all in moriah’s post until I happened to scroll back up just now.
