I’ve said before, I’ll say it again: _Salambo_ by **Pig**. RAWAR! Or even _A Touch of Upheaval_. Something loud and insane. Music is like foreplay to me, sometimes. If it hits me just right… sometimes just if it says something to me that I respond to on a deeper level. _Light_ by **Assemblage 23** gives me a little headrush. If my husband is nearby when it happens, he gets jumped. I’m not sure if he’s made the connection yet. Then again, it could happen with any song if it hits me the right way. So almost any song is appropriate music for sex. I’m not into the slow songs so much, though. Yawn. ---

I have always liked Jeff Buckley’s _Grace_ for sex music. David Gray’s _White Ladder_ is also nice. Those are, of course, for “slow lovemaking” style sessions rather than “fucking like rabbits” sessions. For those I enjoy Black Sabbath and Metallica. ---

I always seem to have bad experiences with music-accompanied sex. Maybe if there was one song that was really long (no, not In A Gadda Da Vida) playing, I could get into it and not have to worry about it changing or going off. But as I said, it’s always the transitions that take me out of the moment. So playlists always seem to be bad news. I remember once I was doing it with my g/f’s playlist playing in the background and a very bouncy, digeridoo-heavy Xavier Rudd song came on. This is not the kind of music to have sex by. And that’s only one example. And the radio? Forget it. You NEVER know what’s going to come on and completely get you out of the mood. ---
