I made two rules for myself in class, and if I follow those two rules, I avoid getting into trouble. The first and most important rule is: never antagonize anyone. (The second is never get caught fooling around. 🙂 ) The Preacher is always very polite to people, telling them that he was offended (or that he thought it was inappropriate when we watched a film in class that showed brief shots of naked boobies.:rolleyes:) But yeah, he does annoy me sometimes. ---

Rant thread. Good. I need to bark at the wind; My mom had a stroke Tuesday. I didn’t hear about it till today. I’m not sure I can rant, I’m just trying to keep it together. Part of me, part of me wants to scream. Part of me wants to punch something. ---

My local planetarium has had programs about astrology and the Nativity Star. :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes::smack: I’ve learned to check the program before shelling out for a ticket. ---

Update on that, she seems pretty good, all things considered. I talked to her over the phone this morning and though her speech is affected, it’s very, very mild. She has weakness on her right side and a bit of trouble walking, but I’m hoping for a good recovery. She’s still in the hospital, though. I’m going to see her today. She wants “peanut m&m’s”.
