Since the OP got swallowed, no doubt as hamster food, I’ll venture you’re asking what it says.

(Please forgive the “on the fly” transliteration) “Alla Akbar” meaning “God is Great.”

Interestingly enough, that was added by the current dictator who’s a member of the anti-religion socialistic Bath party, IIRC.
