# Arcades and anime shops in central LA

I’m going to be in LA in June for E3 and a team from my company wants to visit American arcades and anime shops to conduct a survey. I already know about EightyTwo and Anime Jungle in Little Tokyo. Any other worthwhile places you can suggest? The closer it is to the convention center or Hollywood, the better, but we’ll have a car so it doesn’t matter too much, as long as it’s not located in the south.

It’s been a little while since I’ve been there, but the recent Yelp reviews still look mostly good. It’s on Vermont, just south of Santa Monica Blvd., so not terribly far from downtown.
