Technically, aren’t all ‘fake’ breasts real? When I first started hearing about fake breasts I used to think they meant fake ones grafted over the top of the real ones, but it’s just implants into real breasts. So in my mind they’re ALL real breasts. mmmmmmm, booobies! ---
