# Are button-up shirts really that attractive on men?

Mmm, I think it’s more complex than that. Tucked is more formal, and there are situations where untucked is the wrong choice for everyone. However, if you’ve got enough gut to show a bulge when tucked (and I do, and I’m not overweight, just not rail-skinny like I used to be) and the situation is informal, untucked can be better.

I’ve got all the confidence of a man who’s never walked on a tightrope being asked to walk across Niagara Falls on one. Maybe less than that.

Come to think of it one other time I was hit on I was on leave from a mental hospital. I think my confidence was a tad low then too.
