Are driving lights street legal

Maybe moving away from sealed beams was a bad idea.

Provided they were aimed correctly, one car had headlights just as good as another one, and the lenses were glass so they didn’t cloud up like the plastic junk, and at any rate were replaced periodically with the rest of the lamp.

I had the grounding wires tested and those are fine too, im out of ideas.

If the lights make it easier for you to see but much harder for the guy speeding toward you at 70 MPH to see, are you more or less safe?

If anyone has advice on what aftermarket auxillary lights will act like a pair of non blinding decent low beams I am all ears.
