# Are frozen meatballs any good?

Try those Aidell’s chicken ones I linked above. You may manage a true compromise.

Dunno what they taste like now, but in the mid-1990’s when I was living La Vida Atkins, Shop Rite™ brand frozen meatballs were insanely tasty. Nicely seasoned. Not too much salt. Not tiny or rubbery. And a bargain, in a large bag.

Really just the damned perfect thing. I’ve tried other store brands recently and have been aghast. AGHAST, I tell you.

Anyway, they were the bomb.
