Since we’re in Comments, we would require:
(1) Evidence that suggests crime (I presume you mean property-related crime and violent crime) is falling in the US and increasing in the England; and
(2) Evidence that gun laws–or as you specifically allege, change in gun laws–have caused the purported increase/decrease in crime.
Can you provide either?
