Are stores that only accept credit cards or Apps discriminatory?

Um, plenty of Americans get paid every other Friday. Including me.

When you outlaw cash, only outlaws will have cash.

I’ve heard something like that before, somewhere.

Cash is free to use; somewhere along the line, credit/debit cards are not. Level that playing field - perhaps a Federal Reserve debit card?

Yes, cash is inconvenient for businesses. So are debit/credit card fees. But there used to be a thing called the “cost of doing business”, too. Engaging in business will never be free of inconvenience or risks. When you find a business that is free of risk or inconvenience, let me know. I’ll be over here not holding my breath.

You mean like one of the councilmen is currently under federal indictment? Though, I’m not sure if the problem is one councilman is under indictment or only one councilman is under indictment.

Other big cities looking to ban cashless businesses…& NJ, too.
