# Are the hamsters on strike today?

It took 31 minutes for a page to load just now, with several dozen time-outs. I’m on a T-1 line at the moment. You guys run out of Critter Cookies or sumpin’?

I’ve found that around lunchtime, 12:00 -1:00 pm the board is jammed. Also anound quitting time, 4-5 pm the board is also quiet busy.  
I also think they should swith from hampsters to gerbels.

Looks like the usual number of people online, so somebody’s signing on and etc, so access to the board is not compromised on the server end.

The current [Internet Traffic Report](http://www.internettrafficreport.com/namerica.htm) doesn’t show anything out of the ordinary.

We’ll keep an eye on things and tell you what we find out, if anything.
