Yesterday I spent a couple hours on the board and did not get one timeout, although it was slow responding a couple times. Today I didn’t even experience that. ---

I have no actual knowledge of the answer to your query, but I expect that if they were, there would have been some sort of announcement. I know I’d be shouting it from the rooftops. 😉 ---

True. The problem is not just that the delays and timeouts are very intermittent, but that the intermittency happens in a variety of cycles. Sometimes the system performs well for several days at a time, with only occasional delays. Sometimes it performs very poorly for several days at a time, and during those times, there tend to be short cycles of several minutes where it works well, then for several more minutes times out constantly. As **Jenny** said, if the system was a horse, we’d take it back behind the barn and shoot it. But we have no other horse ATM. ---
