This raises an interesting question… at what point does it become clear that the singling-out of your ideological peers as being particularly reprehensible is less a matter of persecution, but rather an indicator that, perhaps, the ideology you hold is reprehensible when taken at face value, and tends to attract horrible people? ---

There’s a bunch of low post volume conservatives that I’m guessing don’t post enough to bother folks enough to get their own pit thread. Names like Flyer and Algher come to mind, but I’m sure I could think of more if I put my mind to it. ---

**Sam Stone** was the name that jumped immediately to my mind, though I do know that he’s come in for enough verbal abuse in some threads that a Pitting at some point wouldn’t surprise me. ---

I counted 5 Pit threads. There’s a 6th one in the Pit, but it was started in IMHO and moved to the Pit, so I didn’t count that one. ---
