Was this in a freestanding hospice facility, or for people in hospice, period, whether at home, in the hospital, a nursing home, etc.?

Nursing home. I was told the hospice program has its own doctors and nurses that visit patients.
I worked in a freestanding, inpatient hospice. Most of the patients in the program were at home, they were only admitted for symptom control or rapid decline.
