I used to think that Wheatus’s “Teenage Dirtbag” was about a girl who falls in love with a bisexual girl… but then I found out that the singer was male, and it was just a bog-standard love triangle. Fortunately, Phoebe Bridger later [covered the song](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3BmrWXYif0), and _that_ cover belongs in this threat. ---

That made me think of Aerosmith’s “Dude Looks Like A Lady.” p.s. I’ve long heard of Crack the Sky and that they were one of those bands that should have made it big in the 1970s but didn’t. ---

Here it comes again Unlike the dudes in _Walk on the Wild Side_ Dr. Frank-n-Furter in Earth terms is actually bisexual. (Although, given that he’s an alien, it’s all technically bestiality.) He’s shown in the movie having sex with both Brad and Janet, but I don’t think he ever says anything in a song. His only statement is that he’s a transvestite. ---
