According to [this flash cartoon](http://www.weebls-stuff.com/toons/kenya/) there are. ( Warning: annoying song)

Is it true? I was under the impression that tigers came from Asia. But I’m not a zoologist, so I could be wrong.

Unless they are in zoos, absolutely not. That’s not to say they didn’t range that far way back before humans. The only big cats in Africa are lions, leopards and cheetahs.
