I’ve grown the purple potatoes before - I sliced them thin with a mandolin and fried them until crisp - they turn navy blue. ---

White icicle radishes have sort of a greenish cast to them. Why not grow a few of those, and explain the radish taste as “that’s what green carrots taste like on Mars.” Heh. ~VOW ---
