# Are there organized groups of anti-hunting activists?

People who oppose hunting for sport, in other words? I’d like to find a group that is very active, i.e., organizes protests, meets with lawmakers, etc. as opposed to a group that just discusses doing away with hunting for sport. This group could oppose it on moral grounds, as part of a whole anti-Second Amendment thing, or whatever. Anyone ever hear of such an organization, and how I might contact them?

a lot of people assume groups like Sierra Club oppose hunting but they never have opposed it. Don’t know about other environmental groups.
