Are there people who believe in dragons nowadays?

I can not remember many details, but not too long ago, there was someone - Looie Gomert, maybe? - who was positing something about fire-breathing dinosaurs and how that may have contributed to their demise. It was in what was an otherwise legitimate forum, if I remember correctly (although some may quibble with that description if it turned out to be congress). Can anyone help out here?

jimbuff314 - Reportedly the bones are usually ignored, but I read somewhere on the web that the church leaders haven’t made them available to scientists for testing. That said, I suspect a trained paleontologist might recognize them by their shape and condition.
High Octane Ignorance
CC - There’s a Bob Jones University textbook that maintains that humans and dinosaurs lived alongside one another within the past few thousand years and that some dinosaurs may have been able to breathe fire. | Humans and Fire Breathing Dinosaurs ? Romney Education Plan Would Fund Creationist Curriculum
Whether the Bob Jones text mentions the particular species or family of dinosaur is unclear. They are probably alluding to the Hadrosaurs or duck billed dinosaurs. Not incidentally, “…there’s no evidence that the delicate bones of the nose were ever exposed to high temperatures regularly.”

The most accepted theory today of the function of the crest is that it served as a resonating chamber, allowing lambeosaurs to make deep, loud sounds. Perhaps these calls warned of predators, or kept a herd together, or attracted potential mates, or did all these things. The crest may have also functioned as a visual display device in addition: perhaps large and odd-shaped crests attracted mates.
