# Are we allowed to post our pledge sites for charity runs, etc?

I quickly looked over the rules and didn’t see anything prohibiting it, but I’ve also never seen it done (or never noticed), so I don’t know if it’s against the written or unwritten rules.

Are we allowed to post that we’re doing a charity event in case people would like to donate online?

Yes, you’re allowed. You have to ask the mods first, but with rare exceptions we’ll say yes to this kind of request.
