# Are we allowing pictures again?

I posted a link to a picture in a thread, and instead of it showing up as a link, the actual picture showed up. Are we allowing that, or should I remove the picture?

It’s something called Onebox. It only shows up if you post the link by itself on a line.

However, it seems to have stopped working for me recently, as in the last day. Not sure why, since I’ve seen it work for others. Let me try again with a random news article:

OK that works. Don’t know what’s going on here. A couple others I tried earlier failed.

Error 5 Mg max image size …

Testing again using a cropped pic of my sweet Nikki sound asleep.

E.T.A. error mssg “Sorry, you can’t put images in a post”

It appears that it has been disabled, at least by directly uploading a file.
