# Are we being lied to about the value of STEM degrees?

I agree. In one place I worked I went on a bunch of sales calls as the technical expert, so I saw salespeople at work. It isn’t an easy job.  
Technical people who can talk to customers are often better at their jobs. Not in the number of lines of code they do, but in the end user quality of that code.
