I could be mistaken **Harmless** but I think ol’ **Rufus** is prodding me on the evils of coffee. There was a thread once upon a time in which I explained my concerns over the fact that large quantities of caffeine is unhealthy for children. The fact that a diet comprised mostly of sugar and caffeine is detrimental to the normal development of a young mind. Some folks didn’t quite understand my position in the thread. My wife and daughter BOTH have/had Muscular Dystrophy and I prepared all the meals. They had a strict diet which I followed to the letter.
