Ok, that requires serious coordination. Your using your hands to type and your feet to rub a dog’s belly, It’s like trying to pat your head with one hand and trace circles on your stomach with the other hand at the same time. I’ll bet you’re breathing while you do it too. ---

My whole family is full of curling fans, and my elderly mom just learned how to “use the You Tube”, mostly to watch cute animals and curling bonspiels. Unless anyone knows of another source (she doesn’t get any fancy sports channels on cable… though I bet if she lived in Canada it’d be easy). ---

You do know that a chilled Chardonnay goes very nicely with vaniila ice cream? Some folks even put a bit of dark rum on their vanilla ice cream. Sorta like Banana’s Foster but without the bananas or the extra work. 😉 ---

When we met the working pilots before boarding I made my usual comment: “We’ll be doing our best napping in the back. If you need any help flying a Boeing give us a call; otherwise we’d be like a dog watching TV: just baffled.” They laughed. Nowadays that joke rings a bit hollow as there’s no real difference in level of sophistication between the brands. But boy are the details utterly different. Sadly, I finished the vanilla bean ice cream last night (actually this morning~it was very late). So a trip to the store will be required. The last dark rum was months ago. Need to remedy that situation too. If I get adventurous I could do flaming ice cream and read da Dope by the flickering light. If I do, I’ll name after you, LSL guy 😏 ---
