I’m right handed, right-footed(for what good it does me), but I’m fairly sure I’m left-eye dominant. I can close my right eye independently, but not my left. My right eye closes along with the left.
My right eye is definitely dominant, no doubt about that.
When it comes to writing, I am left-handed, though, if required, I can manage with my right hand, but it is more of a struggle. I naturally hold my fork in my left hand when eating, but I could certainly do so with my right. For other types of activities, it is activity-dependent. Some things I do right-handed; others left.
When it comes to “footedness”, it’s also a bit of a mixed bag.
In summary response to the OP, nope definitely not dominant on one side across the board.

Left everything, except for the mouse. When using a mouse I can be ambidextrous.
Me too, but I wasn’t allowed to move the mouse over to the left side while learning how to use one in school, so I had no choice but figure it out. Now it’s just habit. Something like 40% of lefties use the mouse with their right hand so I’d be surprised if I’m alone in this reason for doing so.
