# Are you happy in your career?

I like my job, but I’m not passionate about it. The pay isn’t that good, but I get good benefits, and frankly, the pay isn’t that good anywhere in this tourist town.

It really depends on the day of the week. Mostly it’s ok. I work 5 minutes from home in the land of hour-long commutes. I work in a beautiful setting. I work in academia which is generally less stressful than the real world as long as you’re not a student. I get paid okay.

It’s boring sometimes though.
