**runner pat** , Satan’s Own Format is surely Microsoft Works, with several different versions of Word following closely thereafter. PDF is, at worst, Mephistopholes’ Own Format. EDIT: **John Mace** , “is” is a linking verb, and thus one uses the nominative on both sides of it, so “who” is correct. ---
