You are missing my point and my intent. I’m not saying that the church should have mentioned every single religion, cult, and sect. I’m saying the exact opposite. If the pastor/priest/minister is teaching the meaning of the Ten Commandments, then he/she should explain that this applies to _every single religion_ that worships some god other than Yahweh. Even the most casual observer should be able to make the leap of logic from there. “If you do not believe as I/we believe, you’re not headed for the same glorious afterlife that I’m headed for” is a tenet of most Western religions, and all evangelical religions. Whether that destination is purgatory, hell, “true death,” or whatever is what varies. ---

Poking around more or less at random at the link **Okieshowedem** provided, I stumbled on this… "How the new “god’ was created, called Jesus H. Christ. What really happened at the Council of Nacaea?” I think that really tells us all we need to know about that site. ---
