What kind of colours are those for a gladiator fight? Arr, Me cannot give a tin doubloon for all these modern stiles of clothing! Who are the buccaneers there? - The ones in red with the gray pants. - Pirates with pewter pants? - Were is that flying kid! I will pierce his neck with my hook! Bang! (Silver produces a gun and disposes of captain hook!) - Well mates I am the only one supposed to make the comments here! Cut to a commercial. Super bowl XXXVII, Brought to you by Long John silver restaurants! Arr! - Ahoy! After that kick off we are ready for the first down! * * * SO, what are your piraty predictions? Sheeez, doesn’t ANYBODY remember that episode of _What’s Happening!_ where Dwayne had developed a seemingly unbeatable system to predict football games? Whoever had the coolest helmet would win! Of course, at that time, Tampa Bay had that orange fop on their helmets. ---

I thought I invented this “system.” (I actually used it this season and came out ahead of my husband who actually put thought into his choices.) Bear in mind that the term “coolest” is subjective. The system is obviously a failure though, as if it truly worked the Super Bowl would be the Rams and the Vikings every single year, and end in a tie. (Although I did get pretty far with the “Flaming Ts” aka the Titans.) ---

Noone can beat the Raiders for fan power. The costumes the Oakland fans wear are awesome! There’s always a few guys wearing elaborate skull masks, and at yesterday’s game they showed this woman who was dressed up like Milificent from _Sleeping Beauty._ (Yes, with the black devil’s horn hat. It was too wierd.) ---
