This show was so much funnier than the premiere. I like it when comedies like this try “too hard” … you can catch a lot of missed jokes on repeats. Ones not mentioned yet: Michael getting clobbered by the Mary Poppins doll again. The doggie bags from the American-themed restuarant said, I AM STILL EATING AT FAT AMMY’S. Lucille Bluth: What the hell did you do to her? Buster: Are you _curious_, mother? I could… show you… Bluth: (Fearfully) Everyone makes mistakes. You’re human! Except… the hand… When Michael found Rita on the bus bench with the “Wee Britain” ad, she was sitting on it in such a way that it now read: “Wee Brain.” Tobias slapping Michael on the ass. When they recycled Buster’s party banner from last season, “You’re killing me, Buster!” so it now read, “You’re kiDDing me, Buster!” Not only did the exploding balloons make me laugh, but the cops running out of nowhere to club George, Sr. into submission was a repeated joke. Franklin’s return! “There’s no way to misinterpret that!” “Except the one.” (Good god, she was hot in that maid’s uniform.) ---

Sorry about that. 🙂 I also kind of liked Tobias standing there in a bra saying that Buster should grow a set. Also Michael saying they should stop talking nonsense to Bob Loblaw ---

Ah, I did enjoy the size of those doggy bags from the British-American restaurent. They were the size of large Macy’s shopping bags :D. And then all the chips that went flying with Michael was clobbered by Mary Poppins after swearing never to be taken unaware again. “I don’t have a family. I can’t believe I never used that one.” (or something like that) ---

Interesting thing today: I was describing Rita to a friend, and I think the summary of the character actually sounds funnier than she has been thus far. (Why is that?Are we just not used to _AD_ doing suspense?) I told her Rita was “either a spy for a British syndicate, or she might be kind of retarded.” ---

Yeah, I think the Rita stuff would work better if the audience knew what was going on and could laugh at Michael as we usually do, instead of being as confused as he is. –Cliffy ---

I think it’s pretty obvious by the clues that she is mentally undeveloped. Dave Thomas is either an actual British agent that screwed George Buluth (Unlikely) or simply keeping tabs on his sister who is being taken advantage of by some fast talking Yank. It still feels as if there is a missing episode… Where the hell is Oscar? ---
