I like to joke that I’m the world’s worst juggler. Not because there aren’t people who aren’t as good as me, people who don’t know the pattern or can’t catch a beanbag they throw or over/underthrow every time and have no consistency whatsoever, or have no ability to keep it in a reasonable reach zone. No, my comment is that none of them have actually put any time and energy into learning, so they’re not jugglers. Whereas I have put in some reasonable time and effort, but now I can’t even maintain the pattern for more than about 3 or 4 throws.
