# Arther C. Clark is OK in the wake of the Tsunami off Sri Lanka. He wrote about it.

Sir Arthur is OK in the wake of the terrible tsunamis in indonesia. He spoke [today](http://www.clarkefoundation.org/) about the event. Oddly enough he wrote about a tsunami in his first book on Sri Lanka. A tsunami created when krakatoa blew.

I for one am glad he is ok…

Whew! I’m somewhat embarrased to say I hadn’t even thought about him when I heard the news. I am both glad to hear he’s OK and saddened at the huge human catastrophe all around the Indian Ocean.
