I paid extra for the upgraded version with the sunglasses and fake mustache.

Though, to give whatever credit is due, I do see ‘casually looking at the browsing history on someone else’s computer’ as a whole different level of snooping than ‘installing spyware on someone else’s computer’. Kind of the difference between looking through an unshaded window, and breaking into a house and installing a webcam, or looking in the medicine cabinet versus breaking into a doctor’s office to read medical files. There’s a whole different expectation of privacy about the two, and in fact one is probably illegal while the other probably isn’t.

I am familiar with the thread. It wasn’t posited as a hypothetical.

Well, except in the most trivial sense.

> If I were a woman, and if I found that “my man” had porn in his history, I’d consider dumping him. Not because I would hate porn, but because he should’ve learned to clear his damn history at 12 like the rest of us, and so it says things about his smarts. :dubious:

Psh, that only makes sense if you think there’s something inherently bad or shameful about watching porn. _I’d_ be more :dubious: if I found out “my man” had cleared his history to hide porn viewing.

Of course, I was the one who showed my husband the fucking HILARIOUS “pterodactyl porn” clip\*, so hey.

While this is certainly a fascinating self-assessment, it is a little difficult for the objective observer to confirm without a shitload of “Finder-of-the-Weirdest-but-Hilarious-Shit-on-the-Internet” style links.

Just saying.

Foof. And so it turns out that “Overly Attached Girlfriend” isn’t as insane as we thought.
