Godd riddance, and six years too late- maybe they’ll replace him with someone equally unfunny and untalented like Jim Breuer. But of course he’ll come back, who else is going to pay him that much money to do nothing but be a drunken oaf? ---

He’ll be back. Howard loves Artie and is fascinated by him, and I think a lot of the younger fans listen as much for Artie as they do for Stern. Although I think the show is usually just as good without him, he has contributed great things. The pig story, getting jizzed on, rapping that Biggie song, getting the airhorn when he falls asleep, innumerable one-liners, etc. Jackie was _only_ good as a target of ridicule. Artie isn’t the funniest guy in the world but he is a great storyteller and very human. ---

He’s a great story teller, it’s true, and I love when he does the Godfather word-for-word. Robin was right, they should have brought him to rehab while he was asleep yesterday. ---

I like Artie Lange. But I listen to O&A, because Jim Norton is smarter and funnier. ---
