What, nobody mentioned a giant bronze “MISSION ACCOMPLISHED” banner? Seriously, I don’t think there will be one - the Pentagon 9/11 Memorial pretty much does the job of any Afghanistan War Memorial. Besides, I assume there are already any number of “people’s memorials” - for example, [the one in Lafayette, California](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lafayette_hillside_memorial). ---
