In the spirit of [This Thread on Artists](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=154129&highlight=Artists), I’ve got an idea. I’ve no idea how to execute this idea, but I leave that to the Web Maven Dopers out there. If we can have a photo gallery of Dopers’ faces, can we have an Art Gallery of works created by Dopers? I for one would love to have a way to see some of the art created by various members worldwide. Anyone have the bandwidth, time and inclination to mount a project like this? I’d do anything I could to help to coordinate it, I’m just clueless as to how the thing is ‘built’ and presented on the Web. I think it’d be a great place for us all to go and enjoy works. I’ve written to the most terrific **Euty** regarding the idea, and hopefully we will have something to bring in the way of hard details soon. Keep the offers coming, the more the better !!! Awww … I’m not that terrific. But yes, let’s start this up. I’ll start a small section of Teemings Extras dedicated to this and we’ll see how it goes and what we might need to do as the idea gels a bit more. I think at this point I’d like to see it as just visual art. Text, I think, would be more appropriate to the main Teemings e-zine once we get started with that again, probably in another month or so.
