I’m not going to even pretend to know anything about ballet. I love the music from Tchaikovsky. I like Tchaikovsky as a composer even though I know many classical music snobs frown on him. As a ballet, how is the Nutcracker considered? Is it one of the best? Is it the 1812 overture of ballet? I’m watching a dvd of the 1977 Baryshnikov version and I enjoy it.
