Because he’s made misstatements about multiple topics, ranging from whether he’d answered a question to what my motives for asking were to whether Randi had said that water flowed underground. His misstatements always serve to paint him in a good light and anyone who disagrees with him in a bad light. It’s possible that he has a massive delusion that causes him to unconsciously make misstatements on a variety of topics if he senses that the truth on those topics ultimately will undermine his delusion. I do remember that when Ben Franklin coined that phrase, it was to describe the profit the guy with the ax had by fooling Ben into sharpen his ax without paying. I vote troll. He was spoiling for a fight in his OP, and then sucessfully baited other posters into getting warned. So, all in all, mission accomplished for him. Also think he’s a shitforbrains fuckhead. And I hope the ruse to draw traffic to the website is grounds for banning. ---

Have folks seen the episode of **Da Ali G** show in which Ali confronts a Creationist? The Creationist says he’ll give ten thousand bucks (or something) to anyone who can prove that he’s descended from a monkey.
