Is he delusional about everything? Because he’s made misstatements about multiple topics, ranging from whether he’d answered a question to what my motives for asking were to whether Randi had said that water flowed underground. His misstatements always serve to paint him in a good light and anyone who disagrees with him in a bad light.
It’s possible that he has a massive delusion that causes him to unconsciously make misstatements on a variety of topics if he senses that the truth on those topics ultimately will undermine his delusion. But that’s just crazy.
25 years? I had no clue about that. I knew about the last three years or so. If forced to hazard a guess, I would have guessed that Peter wasn’t even old enough to have had an obsession for 25 years.
Hard to find a good insulting definition for having an ax to grind. I do remember that when Ben Franklin coined that phrase, it was to describe the profit the guy with the ax had by fooling Ben into sharpen his ax without paying.
This guy IMHO is now, regardless if he is sincere, also sincerely profiting from the discussion.

Even in the original thread, I made the point that Randi was sucking a little in some quotes, but regarding the other thread, Randi was not wrong at all.
Saying that just that “he suks” is like saying “all politicians lie”. Says something, but not much.
When you define yourself solely by what your not, you are forever tied to what you reject. I’d consider this Hell on Earth defined by a cycle you can’t break out of unless you want to lose your identity. I don’t see any solution to Peter’s way of thinking as long as he lives to reject James Randi.
Have folks seen the episode of Da Ali G show in which Ali confronts a Creationist? The Creationist says he’ll give ten thousand bucks (or something) to anyone who can prove that he’s descended from a monkey. Ali G says, “Does you like bananas?” The creationist says yes, looking suspicious, and Ali holds out his hand for the money.

He sets up a website just to prove Randi wrong about anything.
When he posts here, he sets silly guidelines so he doesn’t have to listen to any opposing point of view.
If you don’t agree with him, you are a ‘Randi supporter’.
This part is downright scary. He’s convinced himself that there is some monolithic mass of unthinking Randi fans who adore and admire Randi beyond all reason. It doesn’t matter that several of his opponents here have said that they outright dislike Randi; they’re still Randi fans. After all, why else would they oppose Peter, who is obviously correct about everything?
