I had the I’m pregnant vibe twice - not with number 1 (I took the pregnancy test while cooking dinner to prove I wasn’t, and was half way through my baked potato before I looked at it and went, “hey!”), briefly for the first few days with the transfer which didn’t stick, and massively so with the 3rd one - was walking around with Boy From Mars and Toddler From Mars just feeling certain that there were really 4 of us there.
Have you tested yet? I think I got faint positives from about 10-11dpt for both kiddles. I tested more as a form of self preservation, knowing I was going to get the call at work telling me the news and I really didn’t want to get the bad news unawares. But for the one which failed I’d already gotten my period from around 11dpt despite the progesterone so no need to test for that one! So hoping this is your cycle.

Here I am! I left early Wednesday morning for work up north on a rig site and had no internet and no time to post anyways, so no updates! I got home last night.
So, DH and I took a test this morning at 10dp3dt (or 13DPO) and…it was positive! We’re pregnant!
It’s very faint, which stresses me out, but it seems like a lot of IVFers have light lines in the beginning, so I’m trying to relax a bit.
My clinic doesn’t do beta’s, and my official test with them isn’t until Thursday. However, I have an old beta requisition from my GP from last year that I’m going to try to use tomorrow. She has it listed as stat, so I should get the results on Monday.
I switched to the digital tests because I was so tired of staring intently at those faint little lines. Congratulations! Can’t wait to have another doper baby.
I’ve been on 600mg of progesterone and 4mg of estrogen since the day of egg retrieval, so those bases are covered. I’m also taking low dose aspirin and a high folic pre-natal.

Yip, a line is a line is a line is a positive!! I had quite faint lines on the first few days (after starting testing at 11dpo). In the end I gave in and got digital test because I just wanted to see it in black and white. If you’re getting a beta done, all the better!
If everything’s confirmed on the 22nd, when would you get a scan done? I assume your clinic will offer one at about 7-9 weeks (we had one at 7 and one at 9 with our cycles). I think that’s when it all started sinking in for me.

What are the odds of twins from an IVF with two embryos transferred? I think I recall a figure of 25% being quoted by a friend who was looking into IVF. But that might have been talking about a different procedure, I don’t remember. Do they still do “GiFT” procedures?
