Luckily we only have to watch “clip-downs” which are extended previews that basically give you the entire plot of the pilot.

It didn’t explain and at first I wasn’t sure if the baby was actually his or if he found it somewhere. There’s a great bit where Plimpton tells him to take it to the fire station, and gives advice on how to properly give away a baby there.

Cloris was hysterical in the bits I saw, as was Dillahunt.
