# Ask the guy using Dragon speech recognition to write his posts

Since I can’t understand most of what he’s singing, I can’t do the experiment. Sorry. 🙂

Okay let me try them back speaks recognition software.

That was pretty good but I have to speak very clearly.

Maybe I should get a microphone or I have sent

(So that is the Mac software on a PowerBook, using it for the first time. Meh.)

You will find that a headset mike an inch or two away from your lips works a LOT better than a built-in mike a foot or two from your mouth.
