I carried a small pen knife in jr high and high school and never got in trouble, but I don’t know if anybody knew or cared. SF Bay Area 1970s. ---

Hell, where I grew up, you could carry a knife with a blade under 5" as long as it wasn’t a switchblade, no problem. It was in the school handbook. ---

I is just currius why the strange spellings… I do, of course, mean that we as a couple are pregnant, using the silly PC terminology common at my job, and I know that you all understand that… But for some reason, if there is a deeper, larger joke than just a minor laugh at my expense, then it has successfully whooshed right over my head. Thus the :dubious: . So, uh, explain, please? I do love being a daddy, but I am very glad I have none of the woman-functions needed to produce babies, childbirth, periods, etc. so I am very glad to leave that aspect of the parenting experience to my partner. ---
