Related to my post [here](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/thoughts-on-interplanetary-intercourse-and-first-contact/924095/12), I think it is a _different_ story where someone is speculating that the best place to find aliens is a solar eclipse on Earth, and I think maybe it ended with something about a limo with tinted windows (implying an alien inside.) any ideas?
