I do, indeed, have ‘top men’ in my organization, but they are constantly active on my behalf addressing matters of great weight. So while this thread is also of significant concern to me, I find it necessary from time to time to make use of my vast network of individuals and groups - public, private, governmental - national and international - to provide me with data pertinent to my inquiries. Some of these sources are more savory than others, but all of them have nougat centers, and all of them are ‘top men’. As to the ‘bottom men’ - well, what you do in the privacy of your home or on your website is your business. Don’t try to draw me into it. Once burned, twice shy. ---

What’s your opinion about the need to regulate DHMO? Its use is so pernicious the chemical is even finding its way into municipal water treatment plants. ---

On checking a dictionary, I see that I should have said pervasive, rather than pernicious. Used improperly, DHMO can certainly be pernicious, but the other word is better. ---

Just how does one find “public records”? Is it a place in city hall? Are they on open display, like paintings in the lobby? Or do you have to pull them out of a filing cabinet, under P? ---
