Google says it’s “Magnetic Resonance Angiogram”. Urban Dictionary suggests “Men Run Amok”. However, the whiff of martyrdom makes me suspect it’s “Men’s Rights Activist.” Which I believe is a new incarnation of PUA. Probably Gamergate fits in there somewhere, too. ---

I suffer from very severe panic disorder which doesn’t respond well to therapy or medication. I’m also profoundly agoraphobic. As such, I don’t really _do_ anything. What makes you an activist and not just someone who’s read about some areas of inequality and had a general feeling of, “Hmm, that doesn’t seem fair, someone should do something about that.” I mean, it’s been pretty well proven that black people get tougher prison sentences for the same crimes. That’s not fair, but just because I know that and accept it as an unfortunate truth doesn’t mean I would describe myself as a BRA.
