Keep a journal. Every time you do or say something to someone, or they say something to you, write it down, along with the date and time and the names of everyone involved.. Done over an extended period this can constitute support for your claim of bias and mistreatment.

Since when? I have received paper copies of everything important. How do they contact you? I receive letters as well as phone calls. These letters go out from a central processing office, there would be a record of them - or a lack of record if they weren’t sent.

Oh, please - drive through Gary some time, it looks like an A-bomb hit it in some places. Not to mention what a hotbed of corruption we have going. some of our local towns have had more than half the city council jailed for corruption over the past few years.

Good lord - I get 3-4 official notices for every minor change. As I said, there’s something wonky down on your end because your experience just totally doesn’t match mine.

You DON’T have different rules, the rules are the same everywhere in the state. It’s their application that is appallingly different.

And unless you have children SNAP will be all you will EVER get.
