Through all the back and forth of this brouhaha you have failed to enlighten us on exactly what would have been different had the victims been “poor whites who voted Red.” You have recanted the “ten hours,” and de facto recanted “aid,” in as much as anyone reading your original statement would be reasonably excused for not thinking it to refer to letter drops into water, or radio broadcasts into areas without electricity, or the use of military might to broadcast by bullhorn messages of hope and good cheer.
I find Bush and his cronies to be hopelessly inept, but if you can point to any evidence, such evidence to have a bit more weight than mere conjecture, that they would have behaved differently had the demographics of NO been different, I would be happy to see it.
